Poor baby at feed store

Dh wouldn't let me bring it home. But there was a Barred Rock baby chick at the feed store today who needed some tlc. He/She kept her head cocked down and to the side and kept chirping loudly. I wanted to bring it home, if DH wasn't there I would of. So if anyone goes to Cal-Ranch(Cedar City) keep your eye out. I asked the clerk to put it in a seperate section so it wouldn't get trampled or hurt, its so tiny. I know I am not the only one out there who loves those extra "special" chicks.

two of my chicks i got for that reason- luckily the feed store knows me and gave them to me.... you could always get it and find a home for it??

I have compassion for chicks like that, too. BUT, after bringing one home that was "sick" one time, I ended up loosing chicks and having to cull the rest. Bad experience!

Oh all of mine are the weak ones from the feed store. They are doing super now..though I am new to this.

Go back and get him!! Oh I could not resist!!
