So I placed an order for the Brinsea Mini Advanced last thursday, the website said they are Temporarily out of stock until December 12th (Which is today). I called Customer Service to ask if I had made the cut off for this shipment and the lady on the other line was very unprofessional. She didnt ask my name or anything regarding my order, she pretty much responded as though I had interrupted her television program. When I asked her the direct question Will I be getting the incubator from the shipment you are getting in today? she replied I dont know, maybe check back at the end of this week or the beginning of next week or something. What the heck kind of answer is that? She didnt even pretend to look up anything for me or ask any further questions. I have worked Internet Customer Service before and I have always been able to look up an order and check the status of it, even when the item was on backorder. Now I understand not every company is as tech savvy as my old company but the fact that she didnt put an ounce of effort in helping me was just wrong. Maybe I caught her at a bad time but Im very let down and I hope that the incubator does get to me in a timely manner and works properly because I sure as heck dont want to call Customer Service again.
