Poor feathering by 6 weeks

Hi, I have a lavender orpington who is 6 weeks old but seems to have had pin feathers sitting for a few weeks, she is only feathered on part of her neck and wings. She looks quite bare on her back too. The feathers that have grown are tatty and raggedy at the edges, some are really thin and stick out. None of the other six are like this at all. The base of the pin feathers look enlarged to me but this might just be my imagination. I will try to get a photo tomorrow but has anyone had anything similar? She had an assisted hatch out of necessity so thought that might be a factor. She has also developed some leg weakness in the last week and sits down on her hocks a lot. She is otherwise bright and eating/drinking

She may just be a late bloomer. Unless you start seeing mites or scabs or she starts acting weird, I would keep a check on her but not worry too much
