Poor girl has no balance..help/advice would be much appreciated

Marek's is everywhere. Don't let this stop you from having more birds. You can either
a) get more birds making sure they've been vaccinated within 36 hours of hatching, knowing that this does not prevent them from getting it but can lessen the mortality rate of it.
b) cull all your birds, disinfect the yard, coop, run with Oxine and wait until next year to start again, knowing they can still be exposed (and the likelihood is high). Make sure the new birds have been vaccinated within 36 hours of hatching.
c) never get birds

Day old chicks vaccinated against Mareks must not be exposed to any of the virus in your environment for at least 2-3 weeks to develop full immunity. Keeping them in someone else's home or inside your hose might be a possibility. In some countries they repeat the vaccine once. You may want to do a bit of research reading many of the ongoing threads here about Mareks from people who have experienced it and have learned a lot about the disease. I would also send in any more chickens who die, and get a necropsied and tested for Mareks. There are other things it could be.
