Do you have a rooster causing this damage to her? Or are others in the flock, plucking her feathers. Chickens are very much attracted to wounds and blood. If it's rooster damage, remove him from the flock, so she can heal. Also get her a hen apron so the other hens won't peck her. I would gently cleanse the area with saline solution, pat dry and put Neosporin ointment (NO CAINE) on her raw areas to help heal as well. If her wound doesn't get infected it should heal well
