Poor hens,

I'm trying to figure out what's going on with my hens. They are missing feathers in the back and their combs are gone. I've only recently taken over chicken duty on the farm where I work. So I'm very new at this. I've added ashes to their enclosure thinking it might be mites? But not all my hens look this way and NONE of my roosters. Just about 5 of the 13 look like this. She is defiantly the worst. Her eyes look heavy and she hardly ever leaves the coop. Any and all advice is GREATLY appreciated.

It looks like she is the lowest chicken in the pecking order , the other hens are plucking her feathers out (some of my chicken even eat the feathers they pull out) I not sure how to stop them from pecking each other , we just separate ours and let them grow their feathers back. Hope this helps
