I acknowledge and hate that I let it happen, but I have a black spanish hen laying on 7 eggs and I don't know when they're do to hatch. Had one hatch 4 days ago and no action on the others. She seems to be caring for the poult, but I'm not sure what to do as these eggs could be 7-12 days newer than the original that hatched on Sunday.

Should I remove the poult and put it in a brooder all alone?

Should I leave everything the h*#& alone and see what happens?

Should I put another broody hen on the eggs and pull Mom and poult into another isolated area?

And, if I should just wait (and I'm kind of inclined to do that), how long should I wait?

Wow.

Thanks in advance for any guidance-

These birds were hatching eggs long before man made incubators. Let her sit and if she senses they are bad she will abandon teh nest. They are pretty smart about it. I brought the last 5 in the house and ended up hatching 4 of them but they were small had to be helped to hatch and are the smallest of the group now. They are doing great, but they were weak and took a week or so to get them ready to be let loose with the other poults. The only reason I interfeared was I had two hens laying and figured initially that I might have a split hatch.
