need information or advice. All my girls are looking like this. Mites? I plastered the coop with diatomaceous earth, yesterday, so I don’t expect to see results for a few days, bought sevin dust as backup. Mixed Some of the diatomaceous earth in with their food as well.

Anything else I can do?
I know I won’t see new feathers until after their first molt which should be this fall.

Could be some feather picking going on as well.

You'll have to pick up the hens and examine them to determine if they have lice or mites.
If they do, then treat housing and birds in 5-7 day intervals with a Permethrin based poultry dust or spray.

DE is not going to be effective again mites or lice.

Here's a good article that may be helpful https://the-chicken-chick.com/poultry-lice-and-mites-identification/
