Poor Stumpy can't catch a break

I have a 1.5 year old barred rock named Stumpy. I've posted about her a few times. She has a deformed leg, but is otherwise healthy.
Recently my 3 bantam eggers have started picking on her, jumping on her back and pecking her head. I've recently introduced 4 6 week old pullets and I'm assuming it's from that. The pullets are keeping their distance, not grazing with the big girls and sleeping in their safe space inside the run.
I had an issue with one of the bantam eggers being aggressive a while back, and put her in jail. It worked, but I can't very well put 3 of my 5 adult birds in jail...
They've caused a small bald spot on her head, but haven't broken skin. I think it looks worse to me than it is.
Is there anything I can do? Should I separate all 3 bantams? I have another barred rock who isn't aggressive at all. She seems to be the queen chicken.
They are out all day on a half acre area, only in the run to eat and sleep so space isn't an issue. I'd imagine it's the new babies plus Stumpy being visibly deformed.
ANY advice would be greatly appreciated!

Don't separate the bantams separate the injured / bullied hen let her heel and like I did use a water gun on aggressive chickens works great 😂
