poorly baby chick

Please help!!!!
I have had 4 new baby chicks last week and have noticed that one of them isn't growing like the others. She doesn't extend her neck, she seems to be blind too. This has only become apparent the last 3 days. She eats but only very little and is very noisy. When her throat was massaged today she did extend her neck so I know she can, also she doesn't straighten her legs like the other 3. Any help would be extremely gratefully received as it is quite distressing watching her. She also sits with her eyes closed a lot.

Please post in full detail on the ER thread. If helps to know how long she has been like this, is her condition getting worse. Do you notice any visible signs of eye problems?

Does she appear to be in pain? Does her crop feel full and distended? What about her poo, drinking, eating habits?
