Poorly buff Orpington ?

Hi there had my buff for two days, she lives with 5 other garden chickens, also had for two days. She laid an egg yesterday and has been eating and drinking well, I opened the coop this morning and she never came out, after about an hour I coaxed her and she took a walk round the garden and went back in she hasn't eaten or drank anything. She eats organic pellet and corn whatever she forages and she had a few meal worms last night. I might be being premature but I'm concerned, also a newbie so any info would be greatly appreciated.

What is her appearence? Is she repeatedly going to the nest box? Is she sneezing, coughing, etc?
