Poorly chicken, missing feathers at back end and loosing weight

It's sad to see isn't it.

I think mine was molting as it now has a covering on it's bum and it's neck feathers have really thinned out, though it's personality seems to have come back. I also have another one that seems to be at the start of this too. Though I didn't think it could possibly be molting as the hair had come out completely around the bum and it looked raw, though seems this is normal!

I had a chicken with these symptoms die a few years ago, Autopsy showed a tumor. Separate her with another healthy bird so she isn't stressed by anxiety and feed her well. see what happens.
