Poorly chicken

Hi all
my chicken who is 3 years old has lost her balance and is not eating or drinking unless I feed her by hand she has diarreh and holds her head down and stands still pretty much all day .Yesterday her head was twitching.
Wondering what if anything I can do for her ?
Do you have any suggestions ?

If she has diarhea and is acting like that it would be smart to check her crop. How does it feel?

She is asleep at the moment so won't disturb her will check in the morning .
I have looked at her comb and it is bright red isn't that a sign they are healthy ?

I felt her over this morning and she felt quite usual.

Hi she doesn't seem to walk but just stands still when she tried to walk she lost balance she can moves her head left or right but doesn't move it any other way unless she has to

It looks like fluer ( my chicken ) may be on the mend today she started eating and drinking usually and she is looking much better we think it may be wry neck and have started giving her vitamin e
