Poorly chicken

Very worried about a couple of my hens. They have had a cough for a couple of weeks. Their combs have flopped over. Seem to be eating and drinking but not laying. But one seems really poorly tonight; can hardly stand up, seems dizzy, head flopped to the side. Have wormed and checked for mites. Can I do anything?
