That's what I would try too...maybe add a little warm oatmeal in with the yogurt.. Good luck with getting that little hen back on her feet.

She may just need time to warm her bones. Yogurt is a good idea,try warming it.

Being out in the cold should not have harmed her unless it was very cold (like single digits) and she is not used to it. Have you looked her over carefully for any injuries or swelling? What do her droppings look like? Is she laying?

Give her scrambled egg, shelled sunflower seeds, warmed oatmeal, warmed pasta (anything leftover in the fridge that is not too greasy or spicy) and tons and tons of TLC. As long as she is drinking she will be OK. She probably just wants to thaw out and rest and sleep. That's just what I would want to do if I were left out in this weather.

BURRRRRRRRRRRRRR it's -16 degrees here in NH tonight. That darn ground hog better not see his shadow Tuesday.

If she is drinking constantly, she may have gotten dehydrated. It will probably take her a couple of days to recuperate.
