Poorly hen, need your help please

Awwww that's a lovely story.

Bessie did not lay an egg in the cage but she picked up all of a sudden so did not do the hot water bottle. She is back with the others now going strong. I got three eggs today not sure if one was hers but she is doing great now thank you. I have a problem with my silkies now, I think one maybe a boy? ill download the video see what you think, I got my first two eggs from them, not sure if they are both today as I have not checked the nest box for a couple of days as I thought they were too young to lay at 21 weeks old?

Thank you. Bessie is in full swing now but 3rd in command has lost her tail feathers and the others are pecking her, she does stand up for herself but I am keeping an eye.
