Pop Bottle Waterer question

Wow I just ordered some pop bottle founts for my seramas who spill all their water everyday making a BIG mess, this is a cheap easy solution. Thanks all Plus it will save room in their pens what more could you ask for?

Probably already answered your question, but I use these bottles for my quail. They get pretty green over time. I just put a couple of teaspoons of sand in the bottle along with a couple of inches of water and swish around hard. This takes care of 90% of the crud. hope this helps.
