Pop door size for Barred Rocks and Jersey Giants?

I'm getting ready to cut a pop door hole in my building. I am limited to a door that weighs 4lbs so the my auto door opener can lift it.

1) What size door is good for Barred Rocks and Jersey Giants?
2) Can you suggest door materials that would:
a) be somewhat of an insulator against cold
b) meet the size and weight requirements of Question 1 and 4lbs.

My door is not auto but Mine is 14"x14" no crowding comeing out the door they seem to be happy with it.
My advice to you is check the standed size of an auto door and transfer that to your's.

Jersey's get quite big so I am thinking a standard door size is too small. The biggest they sell with the opener is 13" by 20". Jerseys are around 3ft tall so I'm guessing 20" is too small.

My friend has a few that are bigger in size and his duck down to go out into the run BUt I would make it 3' 6" then this way they have a little room but if they want out they will find away to get out.
