Pop door stopping drafts

I have a secure coop with ventilation around top of walls. I winterize it by putting foam board cut to size in the “soffit” areas - every other one. Leaving some for ventilation. I also have a fully roof covered secure run. I have a pop door obviously in between. I have used an automatic door to close at night for the last three years. This cuts the draft at night in the coop. My automatic door quit working and I am questioning if I need to replace it if I am basically only using it to cut drafts in the winter. So looking to see what others might be doing to achieve this - are you using an automatic door or some other method?

No of course not they sleep on their perches. It gets very cold here and that’s more ventilation than what is needed.

I wouldn't worry about any drafts that aren't hitting them directly.
