Gosh, selling them as ducklings might be easier but the going rate for on-farm sales of processed Muscovy in my area is $6/lb. I usually stock my freezer up with mine then sell the rest of my Muscovy (and Cayuga and extra drakes) as processed - they go fast! But this year I decided to sell ducklings and baby chicks at the farmers market too since I had so many requests last year. I can't imagine that there'll be any trouble at all selling birds that won't be staying as part of the flock

I currently have 84 eggs in the bator (chicken, duck & muscovy) with an additiona 84 just about ready to go in. I only have one broody out there right now tho (lazy girls!)... my sweet little Welsh Harlequin, Blush, is sitting on 13 eggs (though I suspect she's stealing the eggs from her neighbors nest every morning!)
