Porcelain Bantam has not layed first egg?

I have a porcelain bantam that will be a year old in May and still has not layed her first egg. Anyone else have rhis problem? Is this common?

Some can take longer to lay. Her comb is very dull, so she isn't even close yet. What are you feeding them?

Layers feed.

Layer has a lower protein content that can slow down development. Hens that aren't actively laying should not get layer due to the extra calcium. I feed my bantam a non medicated starter grower with a separate bowl of oyster shells for the calcium needs.
