Hello everyone, I noticed that my duck wings started to droop down after his last molt. I attached some photos. I am not sure if it’s early signs of angel wings or his feather are just too long for his small body.

That does not look like angel wing to me. It almost looks like his wings are too heavy for his muscles. Your photos are indoors. Is he an inside duck? Does he have room to flap his wings? My ducks all flap like crazy when they come out of the coop in the morning. 🤷🏼‍♀️

He’s beautiful btw!

Hi.

I am no expert, but it does NOT look like Angel Wing to me...?

• Have you looked at your drake's wings to see if he is injured?

• How old is he?

• What have you fed him until now?
And has he (had) an unlimited access to his food - including during the nights?

• Does he have an access to a pool to swim in?

Please : tell us everything you can think about your boy.

(And yes, oh my God : he really looks beautiful!! I would not mind seeing more pictures of him : he has a very beautiful colour!)

My understanding of Angel wings,,,,,,,,,,, the feathers overlap one wing over the other.
How old is your duck?? and will he grow larger body still??

WISHING YOU BEST,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, :highfive:
I am not sure. I bought him like a year and half ago. He was already an adult so I think that’s as much as he is going to grow. Thank you!

No, he lives in a large coop outside and free range every afternoon. Thank you!

No, he’s doesn't injured. I am not sure how old he is. I bought him as an adult. At first I thought he was going to get bigger but I’ve had him for a year and half and he has maintained the same weight. I feed them duck pallets once per day. They usually don’t eat them all at once but instead eat a little throughout the day. They also free range every afternoon. They do have their own pond. Thank you!
