Possible beek bruising on duck

Hello my one duck has a reddish purple kinda bruising on his beek. I believe it’s from scratching. Is this a issue or will he be okay. I will upload a photo.

Just a scratch, happens to my ducks all the time, they always stick their bills into trouble…
If you are really, really really worried, you can put some neosporin creme on that. It likely will make you feel better, your duck won't really care. Think of a duck's bill like a hand. Their bills are their fingers and are being used to explore and touch the environment like we do with our hands. How many times have you scratched, cut or burned your fingers?
Same with the duck's bills, they get scratched and cut all the times and it heals very well.
