Possible broken leg

Hello, Im not sure but I think my hen might have a broken leg. She hops around on the good leg and will not put any pressure on the bad one. She leaves her wing hanging. I separated her from the others cause they started to attack her. I dont know what to do. Can someone please give some advise?

Have a hen swollen between the legs extending towards vent. Alert and hopping only on one foot. Other leg unable to stay solid under her.
