Possible brooder?

So what do you guys think about this for a three level brooder? DH and I were discussing it and thought if we drilled out several 1/2 inch holes along the top of each drawer and set up a heat lamp on the outside facing one side it would work and would take up less space than one huge tub would.
Please point out any flaws that you think we would have... The only one we could think of is ventilation and would solve that with the several holes around the top of each drawer.

I would consider adding a CPU fan to pull the heat out especially out of the top drawer.. since heat rises you may find that it may overheat real quick
