Possible broody coop?

I found this on Craigslist and was wondering if it would make a good broody coop? I could make a run for it and then attach it. Im worried about my broody hen whenever the eggs hatch. Not sure if the other hens will peck the chicks or not. So I thought maybe this would be a good idea for her? Is it worth the money? What do you think?

All it needs is a run and a broody hen

I think it's worth the money, you'd spend about that much on one sheet of 3/4 inch plywood. I'd put in a couple little windows for a vent and cover them with hardware cloth.

I would so jump on that right away! I'm spending all weekend making a two room brooder coop and I only wish I could pick one of those up off of CL.

I say turn it vertical, install a heating element, and make one heckofuh incubator!!! LOL

Okay so I emailed him to see if he still has it.
