Possible coccidiosis poop?

I found this in my grow out pen today. Is this cocci poop? Or just coral urates? No one is visibly hunched or withdrawn. Grow outs are 6-10 weeks old.

Is that the only one that looks like that? Are there more? I had a bird die suddenly and then noticed I was finding poops like that, so I treated the others for a week, then it cleared up. A week later, the bloody/fleshy poops were back, so I am treating them again. None of my birds had signs of sickness other than the yucky poops.

I went back out to look specifically for any more, and I couldn’t find any. No one is exhibiting any symptoms at all.

So maybe just shedding cecal cells?

I’m not sure. Just keep checking if you see more, if not, I’d say you’re in the clear. Mine didn’t show symptoms, but there were several bloody/fleshy poops, not just one.
