Possible cyst? Or new feather growth?

Hi! My 6 week old Easter egger chick has this growth on her skin just above her tail. It has two tiny feathers coming out of it. Does anyone know what this is? She is picking at it but I’m not sure if it’s something to be concerned about.

That's her oil or preen gland - normal.
