Now she has woken up she won't weight bare on her legs but I see no obvious sides of injury on her legs
Can you post current photos of her without being wrapped up?

Is she alert and able to drink/eat on her own?

She's suffered some head trauma from the attack. Even though it's been several days, give her a little sugar water. 1tsp sugar to 1cup water. See if she perks up a little.

Then start giving her 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4tablet B-Complex daily along with a little egg to help with the uptake of E.

She can have her normal feed wet or mushy if she's willing. Do please check her crop and let us know what it feels like. She has dried blood in the beak, sometime this can make them salivate. If she still has blood in the beak, take a wetted cloth or qtip and work on cleaning that up.

For the facial injuries, treat them as you would most wounds, after cleaning her up, apply just a thin layer of triple antibiotic ointment.

The not being able to stand is concerning. Likely it's due to injury or head trauma, we don't know if she's suffered some nerve damage. Hopefully the vitamins will help with that.

Do the best you can. It looks like you care for her very much, she's all snuggled up with you❤️
