Possible early Bumblefoot?

Our little EE Sourdough (about 18 months) (her nickname is Little Cutie for obvious reasons - she is our littlest chicken, lowest on the pecking order) has started limping when she runs. We just got back yesterday from a trip for the last week (our neighbor checked on them) and we noticed right away that when she runs, she limps. She doesn't seem to limp when she walks and she was able to run well enough to make it hard to catch her. We are not aware of any trauma and have not dealt with bumblefoot in the 2 years that we have had chickens.
Yesterday we soaked the foot (see below) in Epsom salt and sprayed it with iodine and used gauze and wrapped it with vetwrap. We let her go back with the other chickens. The foot doesn't seem swollen and the brown spots are only very slightly raised and we were not able to pull them out.
They eat Feather Fixer feed currently as they are molting, Sourdough included. She is otherwise acting normally for molting (keeping to herself a bit more). It just doesn't look like anything I've seen on-line but clearly there is something wrong.
Thanks for any input!

It doesn't look like bumblefoot. It looks more like she recently cut her foot on something. This can lead to bumblefoot though. You can wrap it up using triple antibiotic ointment or honey. Manuka honey is best if you can afford it. I've tried a few types and unfortunately it does seem worth the added price. Just clean her foot well. Apply either the triple antibiotic or the honey to the foot pad, put some cotton over both sides of the foot, and wrap it up. It should heal up in a few days without any concern.

As for the limping, she could have just sprained herself or the injury simply hurts her. She's an adorable hen! I hope she feels better soon.
