possible encephalitis outbreak

I have lost 4 5-6 week old chicks in about a week. Weak legs to paralysis then weird neck angles. The rest of the group all seem fine now. Anything I can do to make sure they don't get sick? Please help.

This sort of sounds like Newcastle disease. Encephalitis would also cause severe trembling. Newcastle is contagious, however if none of the other chicks are affected, it could be something genetic.
