possible eye infection?

I still don't know what's wrong with her. she doesnt seem sick, it's almost like she is going blind.

i have the same prob my chickens had the respatory infection and they are better but one hen has her eye glued shut usaly they are gargly if they are sick with the respatoy im starting to think its not that but i have Vet RX that ive been giving them and some antiobotics only one eye is glued shut but and so i dont think its the repatory thing

discochickengal its been 2 weeks and nothing seems to be changing I have no clue what's wrong other than I think she is just a bit blind..... she doesn't seem to be sick, I don't know how quickly the respiratory infections progress but she seems to be fine otherwise.

well we found out that it wasnt the respatory thingy but when she was sick they all would scratch at their eyes and she poked hers we might have to get it removed

Here is some info on eyeworm: http://www.thepoultrysite.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1706 If you look up some threads here on BYC some have treated with valbazen and mineral oil in the eye as well as ivermectin. There is not a lot of scientific data available about this condition, but I though you might want to be aware of eyeworm as a possibility.
