Possible growth?

We just came back from vacation and noticed one of our girls has this strange yellow growth around one side of her collar and on the back of her neck. It feels soft, she doesn’t seem to have pain but I have no idea what it may be. Help please. Should we separate her from our other girls?

it looks like her feathers were all pulled out and the skins just irritated could be because your birds attacked her or she could be jolting its that time of year.

It is swollen, she is only 5 months old. It doesn’t appear there are feathers missing but protruding through the space between feathers.
