Possible hemorrhage?

Hi everyone. I have 3 day old chicks (blue Orpingtons) and one seems to be struggling. Seems to be more lethargic then the others. Not as active. When I picked her up this is what her tummy looks like... None of the other chicks tummies look like this. Any ideas what's going on or what I can do, If anything

I'm sorry to say, it sounds like an infected or broken yolk sac. There is little you can do besides offer supportive care in these cases.
