Possible Infection?

My 1.5 year old RIR hen has very red legs and feet (streaking), but no tell-take bumblefoot scab. I've looked all over her feet and legs. I've just treated bumblefoot in two other hens, so I'm wondering if she has it, too. I would think that with extreme redness like hers that she would have a scab by now. One of her pads looks a little bit tough, but she doesn't seem bothered by her feet or legs. To complicate matters, I picked her up to examine her and noticed that she has started molting. Since I've only had my hens for a year and a half, I haven't experienced molting yet. Can the redness be a side effect of molting or sign of molting-related infection? I've attached pictures of her legs and feet. I don't want to cut her feet open to treat bumblefoot if it's not that, but I'm worried that she has an infection of some kind. We don't have a local bird vet, so I'm on my own for treatment. I've soaked her feet in a warm water, Epsom salt, and Betadine mixture and wrapped her feet with gauze, antibiotic ointment, and vetwrap as a precaution, really because I didn't know what else to do. I appreciate any insight. Thanks.

Is she acting normal/eating and drinking well?
Do you have a full body photo of her?

No limping? Red streaks like that can also be related to hormones, I would observe her for several days. If she become lethargic, limps, goes off feed, etc. then I would investigate further.

My rr hen. Had that the beginning of the year.she had been walking in the rain.i brought her inside the garage for a couple days.shes fine.

You can always spray her legs down with VetRx (which is basically like Vick’s, just more expensive and sold only at the feed/pet stores, if you’re not familiar), Vicks Vap O Rub, or even plain Vaseline as a preventative while you’re watching her for other signs. If it turns out that there’s nothing wrong, none of the above will hurt her, but it might help if it’s any kind of parasite, infestation, or irritation.

No, she's not limping and seems perfectly normal, aside from being a bit tender to the touch from the molting. I can see the new pin feathers growing.

Thank you. I will try that as a precaution. For how long or how often should I treat her legs? Would you recommend using diatomaceous earth in the coop and for dusting? I was reading last night about its use to kill and prevent parasites.
