possible injured wing or something...

Cornish X Hen possible broken wing or foot problem.... just went out to replenish the water supplies and i noticed one laying ont he ground which isnt unusual... buti had to use a shovel to reach the water dish that is in their enclosure since they had it moved way across the run ... I'm not sure if she was running or trying to fly or what but she might have hurt her wing or broken it.. or maybe jumped and hurt her leg.. should I wait and see how she is tonight and then isolate her if need be .. or should i just do the deed and slaughter her??? she's got water she can reach and food she's not panting and she will get up and move if prodded too.. any advice welcomed?? I have another 3 weeks atleast till their all ready to slaughter ....

I would wait and see how it progresses. If she is limping or worse the next day and it looks like a leg problem, I would probably go ahead and butcher her. If it is a wing problem well, I would probably leave that a few more days and see how it goes.
