Possible issue.. please advise

Have you treated her lice with permethrin? Poultry NutriDrench and Poultry Cell both has some iron. Cooked beef liver would have iron and other vitamins if a small amount is added to her food. Make sure that she is getting plenty of water to drink, along with the electrolytes and vitamins.

No. We bathed her in ashes after giving her two soapy baths (we saw things floating around but didn't know what they were). When we noticed that that did not work, we switched over to dousing her in alcohol before ultimately settling on the ashes. Her comb is (hopefully was as I assume the lice are dead by now) purpling from what we think was the lice draining her blood. She will not eat nor will she drink. Only sleeping. Can we leave her out in the sun for long hours to dry? Please. This is very important for us to know as we don't want to upset her anymore than we already have considering her extremely low energy.

We plan on feeding her water through a syringe throughout the course of the day to keep her hydrated. Thank you for commenting, eggcessive. Always a pleasure to see in the comment section.

I looked into both those products on Amazon. Sadly the latest one can arrive is Thursday. Do any local supermarkets happen to sell either one by chance? Can anything else be given in the meantime to supplement her iron intake through liquid format?

Oh boy...you should never bath an I'll bird. That can push them over the edge and kill them.

Purple comb is not good, sounds like she is dying but hopefully she pulls through.

Do you live in the US?

Oh good lord. No. I didn't know. If I'm the reason she dies.. Oh, man. I do live in the US. And yes, I used rubbing alcohol. I was very very desperate. I could feel the life in her slipping away.
