My Barred Rock Roo has a distinct pink looking affliction on both of his shanks and bottoms of his feet. (see pic) I just noticed it today, but wife said she's seen for a couple of days.

I was hoping someone could tell me what it may be and how to treat it. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

You need to pick him up and check the bottom of his feet for scabs. He may have a severe case of bumblefoot.

No scabs as far as I can tell......just a kind of rash or something. Bottoms of feet are fairly healthy, the pink is just at the back of the foot and up the shank.

If he's showing no symptoms of pain or "limping" then I'd say he's just fine. Hatchery Barred Plymouth Rocks tend to have pink undersoles. The males can also get pink/red spotting up the shanks.
