Possible neurological issue?

Our local feed store gave me a chick that has something neurological going on (I suspect). It’s less than a week old, and was marked as a light Brahma Pullet. It was getting picked on prior to me taking it, hence the scab above its beak. It seems to always lean to the left and isn’t very coordinated. It will repeatedly turn its head to the left. Has anyone seen this before? Chick seems to be eating/drinking/pooping.

Do you have any b complex tablets?

Could be a form of wry neck. In addition to the B's I would give some vit. E and a tiny bit of selenium to see if you can get improvement.

I wondered about wryneck but haven’t seen it present like this before. We have everything on hand to treat it so I will see if that helps!
