Possible ocular mareks?

I have a 15 week old rooster that since may has been having an eye color change. His pupils now don’t seem to dilate the way a normal chickens would and I’m not wondering if this ocular mareks. Will this spread thru the flock or is it an isolated thing? No one else seems to have it and they’ve been together for 15 weeks.

Dang… I suspected. I’m just clueless as to how he would’ve gotten it. None of my other birds have any symptoms. And this is his only symptom. I think it started showing up when he was about 10-11 weeks old.
I know it isn’t treatable. Are my other birds at risk now? Or should everyone basically be considered carriers at this point?
