I have a multi part question…About 3 weeks ago I introduced 6 new 20 week old hens to my 6 9 mo old hens they’ve been getting along beautifully however this morning when I opened the coop I noticed I had one hen with blood where the feathers meet her legs on both sides. It’s not gushing blood or anything like that it just looks like scrapes? She’s walking fine and acting fine but (1) what do I need to put on her to prevent infection etc? And (2) is this a pissible pecking order injury? I know they squabbled a tiny but at first but they have all settled in and get along great within a matter of 2 days. I’m stumped?!

Possible…not pissable🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ voice texting is awful🤣

For scrapes and cut, clean the wound with hydrogen peroxide on a cotton pad then apply neosporin in a semi thick layer.

Thank you! I have put her in a crate for today where I can keep an eye on her 😁
