Possible Problem

I have a RIR Cockerel born 6/28/11 that feathers are missing under both wings just skin and between wings all but skin little pin feathers. But he seems to be growing at the same rate as the other pullets born on the same day. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

it doesn't sound like a problem, other than him not growing faster than the pullets, but i am new to this, so it might be.
