possible rat poision ingestion

my chickens may have ingested some rat poision today. Is there anything that I can do to prevent them getting sick??

Ohhhh... I saw a similar post with things to try a few days or so ago. Do a search for poison...I'm not sure if it specifically said rat but you could include that too. Good luck!!!
