Possible sick bird

So today I came home after being gone for a few day to find that one of my young hens who’s about 8 - 9 months old had most of the feather missing in her tail and head
Is she sick or is it just picking in the flock

That actually looks like molt.
But I would check with the person who was tending to them to make sure nothing seemed off.
If you’re in an area where it’s autumn, it’s likely just molt.

That’s why I’m worried shes not old enough to molt yet i only got her in April
But I’ll ask my family they where taking care of the flock while I was gone

Yes she’s still eating and drinking and I think she’s still laying

She is not to young to molt I had a hen that young who molted is she acting sick at all or if she is a new hen then she could be getting pecked but she should be fine
