Possible sick chick

I have a chick who has her feathers all fluffed to the sides and she walks with her head down and her tail down. She’s only 3 weeks old. And Easter egger if that’s helpful. I am trying to give her electrolytes but she doesn’t have a ton of interest in drinking. She’s very lethargic. Is there anything else I can do???

It’s runny and almost clear. It’s like a light light brown. She has been like this for two days.

Though you don't mention seeing any blood, coccidiosis can manifest with similar symptoms and she's clearly not feeling well. If she were mine, I'd start administering Corid immediately to rule out a coccidia infection.

Can you get a photo of the whole brooder?
How warm is it in the brooder, take the temp on the warm side and on the cool side.
