Possible sick chicks

Is it normal for some 2 day olds to act droopy like they have coccidia? Can they get coccidia this early?

Could you be more specific in describing what you're seeing? Young chicks (like young 'uns of all species) need a lot of rest and sleep when they're little. Mine have brief bursts of activity, take little naps, activity again, nap again, etc. Sometimes they keel over fast asleep right in the middle of what they're doing...perfectly normal.
