Possible Sizzle? Unsure of breed/sex

I have one grey Silkie that stands like a rooster but he/she is very timid compared to all the other chicks. Can you tell the sex at this stage? Just shy of 8 weeks old.

Then this black one I was told was part Ayam Cemani but from my research and the feet I think it’s a sizzle? I’d like help identifying it’s gender/breed. It’s between 5-8 weeks old. This one is also a bit shy unlike the other chicks, but not as shy as the grey Silkie.

Here is the sizzle(?) now. Can you tell if it’s cockerel or puller at this point? He/she is sweet but skiddish and very shy.

here is the Silkie’s updated photos. I think he’s a boy. He used to be very shy but is becoming more bold and sassy. Whenever there is a plane or loud bird he’s first to stand up straight and look at the sky
