Possible sour crop???

Why is her crop so big, soft and squishy??? Someone help please she won’t let me smell near her head

I'd check to see if her crop is emptying overnight. Feel the crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink.

Some hens fill up their crop quite a bit during the day and it can look very large, but if it's emptying by morning, it should be fine.

If it's not emptying, then you'll want to address the symptom according to the article below.
