Hello all BYC members!!!
I was just wondering if you could tell me if this is possibly the start of a drake feather in my 1 month old Blue Swede?
It is the only feather so far that does not lay flat. I've also noticed that Splotch's feathers are very pointed compared to my female Pekin. I assumed that it was just a breed difference but now I don't know? My Pekin quacks so I'm positive she is a she, Splotch more peeps but will make a quackish noise if picked up, it is different than the Pekin's quack though, again I assumed it was breed difference because from what I know Pekin are loud and mature faster as well. Any help? Thanks in advance!
