Possible to tell which breed is this rooster's mother?

Hello, this is my sweet boy Archie. I was wondering if it would be possible to tell which breed his mother is?

His father is a pure Delaware, and the options for hens are either Isa Brown or RIR. Archie looks mostly like a Delaware except for his solid black tail, and browning around the neck.

I wouldn't be able to tell.
Those two breeds are very similar. Only real difference would be the dominate white which he doesn't have so he could of been from either.
